Front end update
#11
Here's a quick update on the front flexible brake lines on my B2200. The official service manual doesn't detail anything about these, except for the torque value to tighten the banjo fitting bolt with the new copper crush washers.
Anyway, there's a center hex in the center of the front brake hose
This 17mm hex is not a true hex, but has a rounded off corner, so it fits just one way in the center bracket. So I recommend to attach this first.
Then attach the end fittings, and bleed the brakes.

I used a small tie rod end extractor tool to free up the ball joints and the tie rod ends. I personally don't like pounding on the adjacent parts with a hammer. Years ago, I borrowed a tie rod end extractor tool from Autozone a couple of times, liked it, and bought it. Harbor Freight has same under $20 tie-rod-and-pitman-arm-puller-63684.html
I think this would also work

Then the top BJ comes out by removing 3 bolts with a 12mm socket, and the bottom BJ comes out by removing 4 bolts with a 14mm socket.

In this video, the mechanic shows the 2nd tool in action https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeQ1zowdTh8
I leave the nut on a little when I can so that when it breaks free, nothing violent happens !!!

I can confirm this. the bottom pic ball joint separater worked on everything, felt way more secure on the joints.
Whereas the harbor freight slipped off, didn't feel as secure. I think the harbor freight style would work best for bigger joints, like a pitman arm.
