Fuel pump question,,,again.
Hi
I posted about my fuel pump a couple posts down.....Well i tried to start my Mazda truck this morning,,and well,,as before it wouldnt start. So,,i looked at some fuses under the dash.there was none that ran the fuel pump.I checked all the relays under the hood. Anyway, while fiddling around with wires,,really not doing anything at all,,,i tried to start the truck, and it started, for a few sec, then stopped.I fiddled around under there a bit more, and it makde a "kick".then nothing the rest of the morning.I towed it to the garage, and the guy said that he will "check the wires".He also said that fuel pumps will sometimes run a bit, off, and on,even after they are no good............I am hopeing that i DONT have to get another tank, pump assembly....i am hopeing that it is electrical, and that it can be fixed.
Did anyone have this experiance with a fuel pump?.Starting a bit, after it was "dead"?.....and does this sound like "wires" to any of you?
Thanks
