Default Leaking rear differential

My rear diff is leaking. At first I thought it was the drain plug which I retightened but while I was under it looks like it is leaking more (see pic) at the bottom where the two pieces (5 & 6) bolt together (the ring of bolts sean on 5)

I can not find any mention of a gasket in the parts diagram, does anyone know if there is one or if I should just try tightening the bolts?

No gasket. It just uses RTV. The axles will need to be removed to pull the chunk and reseal it.
