Hello, I have a 5 speed manual B2000 from 1987 the SE-5 specifically. The windshield is cracked pretty bad does anyone know any cars that may have a compatible windshield?

I've had the windshield replaced twice on my 1988 B2200, by a local glass company. Ask for cash price, not insurance price.

There are no cars or trucks that have the same exact windshield that is in your truck........or any other model vehicle really. The windshield, and all glass for the most part, is model specific. That said, these Japanese built Mazda trucks were imported into North America from 1986, to 1993.........so any of these trucks (B2000, B2200, B2600, or B2600i) will have the same exact windshield that you need.

Now the hard part! Removing that windshield without cracking it!! You have to be VERY careful, and you need to know what you are doing, in order to be successful in removing a good windshield.......especially with these Mazda trucks......the glass is not very thick, and therefore not very strong! You would be way better off by doing what Cusser has mentioned above.......and let a professional handle it for you......you can even get some companies (Safelite) to come to your location and remove and install a new windshield.

Welcome to the forum!

These windshields are old-school, held in place by a bunch of clips as well, different from modern-day windshields which are pretty much simply glued in. I've watched this being done on my '88, and it takes experience.
