Mazda BT50 3.2 P0341 NO START
Having a bit of an headache here, Busy with Mazda Bt50 3.2 diesel. Installed new reconditioned engine.
For the 1st couple of days it ran just fine, then all of a sudden P0341 error no start. Replaced CAM position sensor with OEM sensor no start, Replaced CAM position sensor with Aftermarket sensor. Starts right up, But still in limb mode with P0341 error.
Ended up flashing ECU map writing P0341 out. Used it for another couple of days then it went into limb mode again and wouldn't restart (neither aftermarket or oem sensors - 2 OEM & 2 Aftermarket)
What I have checked replaced in diagnosing this problem:
4X Cam Sensors
2X Crank Sensors
(Alot) Checked chain timing various times with locking tools, Always right where I originally set it. (Flexplate lines up, Sprockets & Crank lock)
1X Wiring harness
1X ECU lockset from another car (Same error P0341)
Only thing that makes sense is "spung" Intake cam lobe so cam sensor not reporting correct timing? Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
