Default Newbie Here (Few Questions)

Ok, greetings all.

I've recently become the ownder of a 1998 Mazda B4000.

Few questions, to see if anyone has had similar or heard of similar problems I'm having.

#1:Loud Hum From Air Filter

I get a loud hum/whine from the airfilter after the A/C has been running for awhile, it happens quicker when it runs harder.

I've popped the hood and checked the airfilter, it's brand new, a few specks of black dust/dirt.

A/C is ICEEE! cold.

#2:Recently begun....

To hear groan/growling noise when A/C or Fan is on from the right side facing as if driving the vehicle.

I just need to know what to have a mechanic look at, I still have it under a warranty from where I bought it, and so far it's been no questions asked, what you want done to it. (CarMax, It's my first car, -cough-[X(]-cough- excuse me, truck.)

#3: Fun Time!

I've recently bought windshield washer sprayer nozzles for the truck that light up with LED's

Well I can't seem to get to the passenger side sprayer!!

Would it be worth while having someone else install them for me?

I also need to know how to hook them up to 12v power supply.

Thanks, and sorry for the last question, I like the chromed look, and the LED's will be the only ones installed, lol. No ricing the pickup.
