Default O2 sensor

so i have 92 b2200 5spd. F.I. and it was sugested i replace the O2 sensor. bought an O.E.M. sensor (one wire and a green clip). problem is that when i went to replace it the existing one has two wires that run to the front and then splice into 3 wires. one into a thick and a thin wire. the other into a thin wire. i really need to get this truck going or get rid of it. i would like to keep it. it ran great until recently and the body is in great shape. if anyone can help please do. thanks

The 92 B2200 FI came with a one wire o2 sensor. I can't say what they rigged there. Is it setting an o2 code?

This would take out all of the emissions such as the computers and o2 sensors but try putting a webber 32/36 carb on it. It would improve your performance but the downside is no computers, and i'm not sure if thats what you want. but that would take care of the O2 sensor. I have the same truck and I put that exact carbuerator and a pacesetter header and then put the O2 sensor in the header (THERE'S A HOLE FOR IT) and just let it hang.

the thick wire could be the common ground for multiple sensors.
the single wire should be white.
both diagrams show white and black.

you o2 should have white and black wire's.
white to white.
black to ground/thick wire.
