Default Odd Suspension Issue

Recently got my '92 B2600i back on the road from about two years downtime. It blew a head gasket in 2019 and work and other issues have kept me from finally fixing the problem until a few weeks ago. Good to have it going again and forgot how darn fun these trucks are to drive. But I'm having an issue with the front suspension: the passenger side sits almost 2" lower than the driver's side - almost to the point where the tire is rubbing the fender. Never had this problem before - and I can't figure out what's causing it or how to solve it. I've wound the torsion bar on that side up two full turns of the pivot bolt with absolutely no change in ride height. How can that be? Everything seems to be tight underneath as far as bushings, etc. I don't think this could be a shock issue, but I've got a couple of new ones coming anyway. Any idea what could be causing this?

Just last month I adjusted one torsion bar on my 1988 B2200 because my passenger side was too high. I turned my adjuster more than 2 turns, so I think you have to go further, more turns:

I first measured both fender to garage floor heights (at the middle of the wheel): left (driver) was a hair under 30", and right was almost 31". So I went underneath the passenger side with my 17mm half-inch drive stuff, marked the bolt head, and made note of how much I loosened that bolt to lower the right side. I basically loosened the bolt one full turn at a time, then bounced the right front a few times, and then measured. Repeat as necessary.... Basically it took 3 full turns of loosening the bolt to lower that right side to match the left side, so now both sides are a hair under 30 inches. Job finished, should have attempted this instead of putting off....

Thanks for that input. At the moment I'm kind of leery of cranking any more into the bolt, as two full turns made exactly no difference at all. (That doesn't mean I won't try it if all else checks out.) I was just posting here first to see if anyone else had experienced this issue before and maybe suggest something I wasn't looking for. Again, two years ago when I last drove the truck, it sat fine. Its just since I got it back on the road after some engine work that this 'collapse' thing started. I didn't touch the suspension.

Make sure to lift the truck with a jack (and stands before crawling under it!) before you tighten the torsion bar adjuster bolts! They are not large enough to turn/move the ride height with the full weight of the truck on them!
