Stalling Truck
I have a 1992 Mazda B2600I 4X4 with 140,000 miles. The trouble I am having is it will run for about 30 minutes then stall and wont start again till about 30 more minutes then it will do the same thing. I tested it and it stops firing. Did notice a click sound when I just turn the ignition switch long enough to bump the starter, when this happens it will start. Sounds like the click is coming from the box right above the fuel pump relay. Does anyone know what this might be?

Well, replace it.
Another thought: if the ignition switch at the column is on the fritz it could possibly turn the relay off: lets say the contact at the switch gets hot then bends and opens---no more spark and fuel! Once it cools off it works again.
I am not saying that's what's happening, but it is something to look at.
