Default starting my truck after it set for 1.5 years??? need help!

hey guys. new to the forum. my b22 has been setting for 1.5 years, and i'm getting ready to get it back out of storage. i was just wondering what i need to do to it before i try to start it. its been setting for a while, and i tried to get all of the gas out of it. its a 91 with 90k on it. and i know setting without starting is hard on them. can someone please help me and give me some tips on getting my truck started? thanks alot guys.

Get some oil in the top of the engine to lube the rockers and prime the carb. (ideally, change all the fluids). Also, check all the fuel lines for signs of cracking, and I would clean out the gas tank as well, especially being empty for so long.

my two cents would say pull th coil wire and crank it fora good 30 seconds get some opil pressure in the motor so it lubes ever thing back up then while your starter is resting and cool ing down reconnect the coil wire and fire it up as well as what 1988 said checking for cracks as wekll as pring the carb. you can pour fule into the bowl through the vent hole in the top of the carb. its the little hole on the little sectioned of part of the top of the carb on the secondary side (the side with out a choke) otherwise good luck hope you don't blow it up
