Tail light fuse keeps blowing
Hey I have a 92' b2600i 4x4. I went to start it after driving it just an hour before and the tail light fuse blew immediately when I turned on the lights. It then blew 2 more fuse as I replaced them. I unhooked the front running lights and the fuse last about 5 minutes, it flickered then blew. I wiggled the wires, but 2 more fuses blew instantly. I then unhooked the rear license plate lights, and the fuse lasted about 3 minutes. I had installed new turn signal lights the day before so I unhooked them also (even though they still work if the fuse is blown). That seemed to fix the problem...kinda. I drove for an hour and the tail lights would flicker here and there but didn't blow. The truck sat for about 3 hours then drove home for an hour without a flicker or problem. Im frustrated...any suggestions?

Taillight fise blowing
I had a similar problem. Turned out to be a short in the right front turn signal harness. One of the wires rubbed against the framework, and a very small cut formed in the wiring insulation. The wire would occasionally touch the frame causing the fuse to blow. Took a while to find it. Start by disconnecting your wiring harness from the taillights to the front ov the vehicle and wiggiling the harness to see if you can get the fuse to blow. Then look fo a short in that section of harness.
