Default Tranny swap

Thanks for letting me join your forum. I just bought a 1991 B2600i with a bad automatic tranny. Neighbor down the road has a parts 87 I think B2000 or B2200 which has the Mitsubishi engine and stick tranny. My question is will the tranny clutch and flywheel from the older truck bolt up to the engine in the 91 B2600? I know I'll have to also change out the pedals for the clutch and slave cylinder but thats not a problem. I'm going to check with tranny shop and may rebuild the tranny but sure if it will fit my budget.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Charlie

I doubt that a B2600 transmission for a Mitsubishi engine is going to work for you, but maybe if you threw zillions of dollars at it...

I think you'd need to find a 1989-1993 B2600i manual transmission. And maybe drive shaft. But wait for others more knowledgeable to comment.
