Default truck will not run

1991 b2600i 2.6 engine Was going to replace valve cover gasket, so i degreased engine.
Well after that it has not ran since, Ive checked to see if i was getting fire to plugs and
it's not. I've dried the dist. It had a little water in it and pulled the connecter to dry it and it sparked.
Can any boby help???

Did you also dry inside the cap as well? Make sure you go thru and dry the distributor out as well as possible and also the connectors for distributor, air flow meter, etc. Is obvious that water has shorted something out and once dried should be ok.
