No response to-date.
I have signed the petition. I have also sent my own letter to the US President James O'Sullivan. It is amazing to me the complete lack of any response to our complaints. My Dealer, Tulley Mazda of Nashua NH indicates they have filed my complaint and others but have received no response.

Ask Mazda in all available forums
I think we should post this question to Mazda in all accessible platforms and forums. I have posted on the Mazda's verified Facebook page. Whoever is on Facebook could use that post to emphasize Mazda how important these issues are to us.

The problem is you ALREADY BOUGHT your cars. I have not bought mine yet and will thoroughly check this feature out with my 160GB Ipod and Android Note before buying. My Infiniti is perfect in this regard. I am looking at a great deal on a 2014 CX5 with tech pack and Bose pack on Touring with Katskins Leather seats for $23900 with 1001 miles. But I will pass if the audio tech is that bad.

here in the UK i am getting somewhere .they have admitted there is a problem and at present we are waiting for a fix .ive also found out via mazda customer service that sometime this year the 2014 cx5 and 6 and also a special edition mazda 5 are all going to be fitted with a new system so this proves that they are aware of the problems .so if mine isn't sorted by then i will be kicking and screaming at my local dealer to fit it to my 2014 cx5 and i wont take NO for an answer .i have the sport model which is with the bose and leather

Mine, being Sept 2012, doesn't suffer with this idiosyncrasy so all I can offer is sympathy.
What amazes me is the fact when you buy something in the embryonic stage such as I did, any subsequent changes should be improvements to iron out the glitches, and it seems bizarre that in this instance the opposite has occurred.
It looks like the new Mazda 3 might be using a different platform.
There is incidentally the Auto Express 2014 Driver Survey, but I it is a British thing, so those of you across the water please don't try it.
I've just done mine and made a bit of a point regards the TomTom issues we all enjoyed in the UK.
If You Are From The UK..... Feel free to say your bit, all adds to the results. SURVEY HERE In 2013 the CX-5 came 6th overall, and top of the Crossover section.
