Find an edge by feeling around and use your fingernail to get it started. It should come right off.

What's wrong with telling us all how to fix this right here for all to see?

Something smells fishy...

You've never had to remove this type of film on any of your devices in the past? It's not rocket science. It's just a plastic film that peels right off.

Default Same issue

First time poster here...

I have had limited issues with my CX-5 thus far (original owner) bought in April of 2018...I have cleaned my car dozens of time nav screen included over the last 2 1/2 year when I clean the screen I use a damp microfiber cloth that's it. The other day I get in to my car and my screen looks like this (attached). Has anybody dealt with this before? Will this be covered under the 3 year warranty? I have already inquired at the dealer but I am waiting to hear back...its pretty bad and makes no sense.

If anyone has seen this is there a way to fix it? I have read it might be the screen protector but I have no idea how or if I should look to remove that or if I even have one from the factory.

Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated!

Thanks

Jeff

I have the same issue, did you ever figure it out?

Default Delamination of screen layers

If that was on a Cadillac it'd be one of many I'd see in a month... we had a LOT of problems with the CUE system displays; I know some Mazdas had a problem with "ghost touching" a few years back but I'd still say they are of better quality than the 1st gen CUE. If it's out of warranty and they do have problems you may have some luck trying for "Goodwill", "Customer retention" or similar programs.
