2019 CX-5 rear bumper cover removal

I need to replace my rear bumper cover. I have literally looked everywhere and can't find a video on how to remove it. I can find a video for every year but not 2017 to 2019. Can anyone help please?

Its virtually the same as the older 2012 -2016 model.
