Default Advice needed

I have a 2013 mazda cx 5 and have the keyless system inspection light on. The car recognises the key as it locks/unlocks and starts normally. But this warning lights has been on for a few weeks and now the engine light is coming on and off I’m not sure if it’s because of the key warning light. Keys have been checked by specialist and are working. The car was diagnosed and the fault b13d3 pats transceiver circuit fault comes up but no one can say exactly what it is. Also not sure but is the start stop button meant to stay green whilst driving? As my turns green to start but then no light is on whilst driving? Also the i stop is disabled. Plus the car had a new battery last year so I know it’s not battery related.
Thank you in advance

Replace your remote battery and see what happens.
