CX5 2014 Coolant bubbling in reservoir

Based on my previous experience (problem not exclusive to Mazda) you have a head gasket leak allowing hot engine exhaust to leak into the cooling system. This is why your engine overheats and cooling liquid bubbles in overflow tank.
Do not drive this vehicle as you seriously risk further head gasket damage which may result in coolant leaking into your oil, which will very quickly ruin your engine.
If you must start this engine then check every time for coolant on the oil dipstick.
Make an appointment at your mechanic and have the vehicle towed to the garage for the head gasket repair.

I second that advice, even though the OP thinks that the “car runs fine” it most certainly does not. Any further driving will result in engine damage, how severe depends on the OP’s luck. Get it checked out ASAP.
