Just checking, you put the original cylinder 1 & 4 injectors into cylinders 2&3 and still had cylinder 2&3 N/W?

Yes really confusing and the mazda dealership says the injectors need to be changed. Even though they all work on cyl 1&4 but not 2&3

So.......a little update. Had the new PCM programmed, car still the same with the same P2150 error wich is COM 2 ground short Ground short upstream of cylinders no. 2, 3 injector circuit.

Borrowed injectors to check if they could be the problem like the Mazda dealership said, still no change, always the same errors.

I don´t get it and am out of ideas............

Have you tested the wiring loom with a multi-meter?

Disconnect the battery, disconnect all injector plugs, disconnect the PCM connector. Carry out a resistance test from the injector plug pins to the PCM connector pins.

Did that and also placed a lightbulb into the circiut to see if the wires would fail under stress, all wires from injectors to the the PCM lead perfectly and nowhere on the way they connect to ground or seem shorted.

Found out that pins B on cyl 2 and 3 are showing 245mV while on cyl 1 and 2 is showing 10mV while ignition is on. But dont know if it should be like that.

So after 15 hours of work, measure every single wire, all wires to the PCM for the second time, checking absolutely everything that might have the slightest chance of causing this, check the compression in each cyl. we found nothing. Everything is or seems working flawlessly. Good pressure from fuel pump, high pressure pump. We can't find ANYTHING wrong.......

Any specialist here that might know whst to look for......
