Ghost Screen & Spider Web Screen

I have a 2019 CX-5. Does anyone else have the 2 issues above? I see 2 TSB's covering these issues, but Mazda will only cover cars under Warranty. It is around $2,000.00 to replace the Screen. Plus, who knows if the new Screens are any better than Originals?

I contacted both Mazda USA and my local dealer, and no help.

Any fixes or options appreciated.

 

Does one of the TSB's mention a display lens?

Yes, and mentioned it. Only free for cars under Warranty. I found a Fix Kit for around $250.00. I order the part and will have it installed professionally. My last Mazda due to them not taking responsibility for Defects that are known. In fact, they extended the Warranty for 2016 cars with the same issues.

 

You can purchase on Bay for less than $250.00. I just did and getting it replaced. Hopefully, Mazda will reimburse me per the Dealer.
