My understanding is that this function, which my old Acura had, is not available on the CX5. It was a nice to have feature, but seldom used in my experience to open or close the sunroof and windows from the remote because the practical working distance meant, when walking, I was at the door before the windows and sunroof were only about 25% open.

I do use it a lot on my MX5, but that is mainly because I will lower the top as soon as I get in and the windows have to be down at least a couple of inches for that. I do tend to drive with the windows down though whenever the top is down which is most of the time I'm driving it.

That's the way to go ! On my mercedes, the rain sensor for the wipers is use for the sun roof When it rains, it closes it. But for the price ...

That's pretty neat. Does it work when the car is parked with the sunroof open? That would be awesome.
