How to clear these trouble codes?

Im guessing you have a Diesel CX5?
How many kms/miles has your CX5 done?
When was the last service/ oil change done?
Also check the oil level on your dipstick, is it close to or over the "X" mark?
How often do you do open road/ free flowing high speed travel?

There's your problem.
You need to go to your local Mazda dealer and get your DPF regenerated.
( At your expense )

Diesels are not good for short trips!
READ: http://mechanicalee.blogspot.ca/2013...tructions.html (best article)
From other articles:
"The average trip for the motor should be over 25-30 miles to prevent condensation from hurting particular parts of the motor and the motor systems."
"Foolishly I bought a diesel engined car for economy, only to find the latest ones with DPF don't like short trips or an economical driving style because the exhaust temperature doesn't get hot enough to regenerate the DPF when it gets clogged up with particles of soot.."
"DPF's are a pain unless you do longer journeys and imo should only be fitted to bigger cars"
