Let's clarify. It's an issue for YOU and possibly a couple of others, but this has never happened to me, and many others in this thread. I have owned both a 2019 and 2021 with both the older, and newer, style fobs. No issues with either one for me. My rear hatch has never opened on its own without me holding the button to open it or pressing either the button on the hatch or the button on the dash. Do I love the new style fob? Nope, but it does the job for me.

 

I have no problems with "sensitivity" for the new style key fob!
