Liftgate Reverse Light housing Removal

I just purchased a set of upgraded inner reverse lights for my 2018 CX 5. Does anyone know how to remove the old ones? I can't seem to find a video or a diagram that shows the removal. TIA

Do you want to replace the complete housing or just the bulbs?

Ed_a, were you able to figure this out? Looks like the top trim strip should be removed, but afraid to break it.
