Default Looking for a reliable place to buy the Navigation SD Card

I just bought a new 2016 CX-5 Sport with back up camera. I was told I just need an SD Card to add navigation. The dealer neglected to tell me that the SD card costs $300-350. I did see some places online selling it cheaper than that. I figured I would see if anyone on the forum had a recommendation for where to get it.

There are other reputable OEM dealers online. Be thankful the dealer didn't mention it as it is far cheaper to do yourself. You should be able to find it under $300, maybe under $200 if you poke around.

I saw them on Amazon being sold for about $300. Fortunately we were able to negotiate and have that thrown in for us by the dealership.

Hello - First post with this forum
I "split" the cost with the dealer...I paid his cost, not retail...got it for about $180. But now, I wonder, will the dealer do the upgrades (which I notice one was issued in December)

I looking to buy but but i don't want to pay that much either, the dealer waned $500. I think the sd card can be copied and just looking at the right file to eliminate the VIN number information can be reused again. Anyone willing to try this let me know I don't have a card but I may be abel to find the VIN number file link to that car.

I saw this website https://navi-world.com/product-categ...azda_sd_cards/
Anyone tried?
I'm thinking on buying one and see how it goes. In my country (Costa Rica) one original from Mazda as time of posting is $1000 USD dollars. So I guess I'm better with 59.99 USD dollars + shipping = about $120 than the original. The website says is new and includes 3 years update with Mazda. What you guys think?
so many years later, sorry

That should work well for you. I have aftermarket in mine and it works great. 50 bucks.

bought my SD card for 2021 cx 5 from AliExpress $26.92 delivered to Canada. Worked perfectly. Registered to my vehicle and updated in Mazda toolbox. Bought a second card as a spare. It also registered to my vehicle and updated. Both cards are interchangeable in the vehicle. Great deal compared to dealer.
TD2K 66 EZ1 is the card for 2021 cx 5 and 2021 cx 9
