Hi, can someone help me. Cx 5, 2021.5 Signature model.
i can remote START the car from the Android app, but i cannot STOP the engine, unless i open the door.

I have uninstalled my app several times and reinstalled and same thing. I cannot re register as already registered, so i directly login with userid password. Everything else works on App.
This happens on both my and my wife's phone as well.

To START car i press on circle Start, till circle is completed, then still says START instead of STOP and engine is running still.

Samsung and Nokia phones.
can someone help?

 

I don't completely accept that you can prevent from the application, but the vehicle will consequently quit pursuing 15 minutes.

After contacting Mazda HQ, and local dealer, nobody has so far have been able to resolve this remote STOP function. The engine will START but cannot STOP via remote. The local dealer fellow also tried with his own car app, and same thing. The screen never shows STOP after engine starts. All notification settings are correct and other notifications appear.
If you folks have app, try to see if yours works after you download new version of app on Android phone.
