Mazda CX-5 2021 Monitor Blind Spot

Hello,

I need your help.

Blind spot module on the left is defective (damage to the car)

I am asking you for help on this topic.

Give your VIN No. to your local dealer parts dept, and they could clarify difference in the 2 items illustrated.

The problem is that the lokal dealer writes to exchange for two of the same. Which is not true!

The 2018 seris alert attached, but does not provide information on the second segment of the two-letter label. There is only information on the lower part of the alphanumeric label.

I have to look for information myself

Maybe one of you will be able to help me.

I'm counting on your help.

Step 1, bullet point 1 says only if the hardware is Rev "E" or lower do you need to compare the software rev labels.
Step 1, bullet point 2 says hardware revisions "F" or higher are not a problem.

Your hardware revs are both higher than E, so the bottom labels don't matter. Your hardware revs are higher than F so mismatched hardware revs are okay.
