Just got my 2016 CX5 back from the dealer after they took 5 weeks to fix an A/C issue. Air is now cold again but now my Bluetooth isn't working.

The radio works fine and the problem seems limited to only the Bluetooth. I deleted Mazda from my paired connections but the pin (0000) isn't working to reconnect. I tried using the voice control button and realized that no Bluetooth audio is playing at all.

Any ideas before I take it back to the dealership?

 

Did you delete the pair from the Mazda radio as well and start over from scratch? If you just delete one end of the pair, it won't work.
