Noise from wheels

Noise from wheels
I hear some noise when my car starts rolling and continues while my tires are rotating.
I think that the noise is coming from the right rear wheel but have been fooled before when it comes to the location of noise.
My question is can I turn each tire individually by hand or do all four tires have to turn at the same time or .... My car is AWD.
Thank you,
Jomo

AWD has no impact on turning the wheels when the vehicle is not running and not in gear.
You can check each individual wheel to see if you hear the "noise".
It will require jacking the vehicle up 4 times for each wheel unless you have your own lift.
You don't say what year your vehicle is.
Generally, wheel noise is caused by brake noise or wheel bearings.
You can often see possible brake issues by simply looking at the rotor without jacking the vehicle up.
