Just seen this post and I had the exact same problem a few weeks ago. My oil pressure light came on with the vehicle inspection and engine light on all flashing. Turned it was one of the injector seals had gone and because mazda has designed the car so the injectors are inside the engine the car was pumping carbon in the engine. So the garage had to take apart the engine and clean the carbon build up and then replaced the rubber seals then changed the oil and the oil filter because it was clogged with carbon. I spoke to Mazda and they said it is a known fault with this car but wouldn’t help me in anyway. Cost me £500, might be worth checking out on ur car as mine was driving fine and everything but if I had carried on apparently the engine could of blown up. Good luck
