Default Safe to drive?

We have a 2020 CX-5 with 30K miles. This morning I started it and check engine light came on steady along with the following warnings:
AT Transmission Malfunction
Forward Smart City Brake Support Malfunction
Smart Brake System Malfunction
Front Radar System Malfunction

Called dealer and have an appointment 8 am Monday. Is it safe to drive to dealer? Dealer says yes as long as check engine light is steady. Is dealer correct?

Note that we had car serviced 3 weeks ago, and had battery replaced under warranty. Dealer says check engine and warnings likely due to problem with new battery. Any thoughts about that?

If the brakes feel good and the motor and trans aren't overheating you should be fine.

Took car on a 10 mile drive at 45-55 mph, ambient 93F. Ran fine, nothing overheated.Brakes were fine.

Just noticed the Master Warning Indication/Warning Light was illuminated. Troubleshooting part of manual says forType C display (this car has Type C)
  • There is a malfunction in the battery management system.
  • There is a malfunction in the brake switch.
Maybe dealer is correct and battery is haywire.
