I was able to eliminate the warning on my 2021 by extracting one of the two wires going from the seat-belt buckle to the large connector beneath the seat using a terminal pin extraction tool. You just need to break the circuit and the warning chime goes away.
I did disconnect the battery first as I believe you are dealing with the same connector that the air bag utilizes.
Don't do this if you're not comfortable dealing with automotive electrical systems!
I do wear my seat belt but I cannot stand dealing with that chime when I just want to pull my car out of the garage to wash it.

The only wiring diagram that I had to work with was from the Mazda-CX-5-KE-2012-2017-Workshop-Manual. They're still using a simple SPST switch that opens when the belt is inserted into the buckle.
