The capability to use voice commands to respond to text messages is no longer functioning. When I first purchased the 2016 CX-5 I used a Windows phone. The feature has not worked in over a year. I am now using a Samsung-SM-J727A cell phone. Still unable to use voice recognition/commands on text messages. Dealership has been unable to help. Going to contact Mazda Bluetooth and see if they can walk me through the problem. Has anyone else had this problem? All Bluetooth functions work except when using voice commands on text messages. Very frustrating.
