Failure to start
I am new to this forum. I wish to ask if anyone has encountered this starting issue.
My CX7 starter has been replaced last year and two days ago the car is not starting with weak blinking lights and clicking sound. Initially, I thought it was needed for a battery change since the battery is aged for more than 1.5 years.
When the battery was replaced with a new one, initially it started. As I was resetting the TCS, it needed to switch off. And so I switched off. And when I restarted, the same failure happened. It can no longer start with blinking fading pilot lamps with clicking sound.
Need some advice. Appreciate your upcoming replies.

There is a fuse on the starter main power cable. You need to check this as well.
Did you try to short the starter to see if the engine will start?
