Default 2011 Mazda CX9 - Squeaking Noise

Started hearing a squeaking noise recently by the driver side wheelwell and thought it was my brakes, however just changed the brakes and the noise persist. The sound goes away once the car reaches 30+ mph but on slow speed its back. Almost sound like metal rubbing against the rotor and the clicking is noticeable when the turn is extreme. Below is a link to a short video where the sound can be clearly heard. Thoughts?
