Default Fuel Economy - MPG

I was wondering what sort of fuel economy other owners were getting from their CX-9's? Do other owners find their cars thirsty?

Go to http://www.truedelta.com If you participate, you can get a LOT more information (all free).

To answer your question, I'm getting between 14mpg in heavy city traffic and 21mpg at 75mph on the interstate, with an average of about 18mpg in mixed driving. This is pretty much what I expected.

I havent checked lately but when she was new, I got 16-18mpg the first few tanks. Now that she is broken in, I will have to check again.

It's not going to have the best gas mileage because it's a 3.7L V6 meant to get you moving. It's the closest thing to a genuine SUV that Mazda has (not counting the Tribute/Escape).
