I bought my CX9 GT brand new last year (2018). I've continuously had the same issue with my Sirius XM radio. Whenever I go under a tree branch, cluster of branches, overpass, or low lying power lines, my Sirius XM cuts in and out. There is one particular spot in my driving area where it does it without fail, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And it can be a sunny, clear day and it will do that. Also, if I go around a sharp bend with a lot of rock walls (we live in the toenails of the Appalachian Mountains), it does the same thing.

My husband has Sirius XM in his 2016 Dodge Challenger and does not have this issue whatsoever, so our thoughts are that it may be a crappy antenna on the SUV. Has anyone else had this issue?
