All pricing is local. I picked Winston-Salem as an example. I don't know what Touring premium means...Touring is the lower level...so I used Touring AWD standard accessories.
Average price from a dealer: According to JDPower (formerly NADA) purchase from a dealer is $30,500. KBB (Kelley Blue Book) good condition shows a trade in value of $23k to $25k, so a purchase price of $29 seems OK.
I really like my 2016 CX-9. Two things...valve stem seals on certain years may leak oil into the engine where it is burned. Check the oil level, and check a dealer for a recall. Certain years had head cracking issues. Check the coolant condition (should be bright clean green) and the level in the plastic expansion tank--just above Low when cold and near Full when hot. Look down on the back of the engine for any green staining from dried coolant. If it's clean, good. These two problems didn't hit every car of your year. A quirk...check the air conditioning on a hot day. Some find it to be inadequate, just undersized, not defective. All that said, these are really nice cars, and I still really like mine.
