Pull the rubber boot back on the slave cylinder to check for a fluid leak there then look under the dash at the firewall where the master cylinder rod comes through for signs of fluid leakage. It can be internal in the master cylinder also with no external leak. Replacing the master and slave are not really very hard or expensive.
