Exactly said bluebomberx. The low beams are usually on 95% of the time when headlights are used so of course they would tend to be the ones that burn out first. Possible that headlight switch is faulty but much more likely to be a bulb. And much cheaper too If bulbs fail to get the low beams up and running then a headllight switch would be the next place to look. Any fuse that would blow would not take out both low beams only but would instead take out low and high on one side or if the main headlight fuse blew would take out all.
