I always enjoy these forum because of the stuff you can learn.
Tonight my wife and I tested out a 2000 Miata automatic. The reason for the auto trans is because my wife can't drive a standard. The car looks and feels real nice and it only has 47000 miles on it. We have to decide before Saturday if we're getting it so I was hoping to get some feedback from other owners. It is a second car so it will more then likely be stored over the winter. The car was brought in from Texas for a customer whose financing fell apart (at least that's what I was told). The dealer is offering a 1 year powertrain warrenty and they are a longtime Mazda dealership so I'm hoping it's a good car. I've heard that a lot of cars that were flooded in the hurricanes have found there way up to Canada but I wouldn't think a reputable Mazda dealer would be dealing with them.
Anyways I hope to get some feedback soon
Thanks
Steve
