2000 Mazda Millenia right front and rear signal light not working

2000 Mazda Millenia right front and rear signal light not working
As posted I have a 2000 Mazda Millenia my right and rear signal light does not work. When I turn my hazards on the signal light still does not work. I have changed both bulbs, no change. Also my steering wheel does not tilt anymore, it is stuck in the up position.
