Mazda millenia S showing some problems. Please help!
Hi Everyone:
I recently purchased a Mazda millenia S. 1995 model. Its V6-2255 2.3L DOHC. Mileage on the car is 144136 miles. I went to a firestone to get a complete checkup. They told me that I have the following problems.
1. No oil in dipstick. So got a oil change.
2. Alignment service is recommended.
3. Right disk brake rotor appears to have broken parts inside the rotor.
4. All rotors should have been turned or replaced.
5. Oil leaks prior. I haven't noticed any dripping on the ground where i park my car.
6. Left half shaft torn.
I am a student. So I don't have much money. Would anyone suggest which repairs I should go for so that car atleast run smoothly for 6 months? I have also noticed sounds when I drive my car from rear wheels and when I take left turn. I know sound when I take right turn is due to left half shaft but is it due to broken rotors that I get a noise from right rear wheel? How much minimum I have to spend for these repairs? Can I get the parts online? Would anyone please suggest sites where I can get the parts? I am desperately waiting for replies. Thanks in advance.

I don't think the millenia was a good election in your case. That car is expensive to mantain and more complicated to fix, if you are a student, then I recomend you look for an easy maintenace car, not the millenia.

Yes, Very difficult to work on let alone letting someone else repair it for you will be very expensive. Many parts for the Milly have to come from the dealership - at least in my case - and those tend to lead me to look into selling body parts for extra cash.
On the up side, if you're looking to find a home for your beloved car, let me know. I may be interested.
