Default mazda problems again..go figure.won't start.

i have the 95 mazda millenia 2.5L. the other day i drove down to the gas station, no problems, i filled up, went to start it up again and it died out, i finally got it started and drove home but i had to keep the RPMs up to make it stay running. we replaced the distributor, since i had the warranty. it ran fine for a day then boom, same thing as before. it won't even start now. and when it does, it dies out right away. i got two fault codes:
i got a P0100
and i got a P1345

from my understanding the P1345 has to do with the cam sensor or something and it located in the actual distributor. i think this may just be a left over code from before but i'm not sure

anyone have any idea's as to what my problem could be? i honestly think it may be a vaccum leak, but i'm not too sure.

yes, true this could be a contribution to my problem. Although, it does say you usually wouldn't experience any major driveability problems, and that piece won't even start at all.

ugh, i don't know, i know i'm getting spark and good fuel pressure. i'm completely drawing a blank on this one.
