Nedd help with a radio problem [I caused]
Okay, I am new to the forum and an idiot. We were going to donate our '95 Millenia so I thought "hey, why leave the Bose 6 CD changer in the trunk? Maybe it will come in handy some day." So I pulled the changer and cut out the female plug to match the plug on the changer. I did not touch the large Bose radio at all. Acouple of days later, a better idea hit me. Why not give it to a great kid I know... his family has had some hard times and the Millenia is newer than either of the other cars in their household. He is thrilled, I am a hero.
So I splice the plug back in and re-install the Bose changer. Stupidly, I did not disconnect the battery but I did pull the igniiton key. Now the radio is dead [yes, it worked before the re-install]. I checked the radio fuse inside the driver-side fuse box and the audio fuse under the hood.
HELP! I am stumped.
Thanks for saving my donkey...
