sure, it's possible. there already are a couple of rebuilders. now, getting the seals? that's impossible. getting it apart without special tools and presses? impossible. balancing it without special machines? again, impossible. iow, after you invest in the parts and machinery/tools, you would charge 1850, too.

Well, I am not planning a complete rebuild. I am counting on the seals and bearings being in good condition. I purchased a low mileage Supercharger off eBay. In trying to clean all the dirt off the exterior I manager to get enough dirt in the rotors to prevent it from spinning, it didn't take much. What I am looking for is to disassemble, clean and reassemble. I have a 12 ton press, pulley pullers and any other tool that I could think would be needed.

Is this possible?

How about this option instead?? There may be some information available from someof the aftermarket rebuilders that kennin mentioned but there is nothing at all from Mazda. No parts, No specs, No information at all. Just remove and replace.

Call PSE Superchargers 1-877-349-0790 and ask to speak to atechnician on the Mazda Millenia Supercharger. He claims he is the only one world wide that can successfully rebuild these units and sells them to Mazda. $1850 with core.2 year unlimited mileage warranty.

I need a rebuilt supercharger for a 2000 Millenia S. I've called all over and cannot get one. Does anyone know where to find one?
