Default Electrical problem with 89 MPV Help!!!!!!!!!

I'm having big trouble figuring out where the electrical problem is with our MPV. For some reason the charging system isn't working. I've replaced the alternator and the battery but it is still draining the battery. Is there some sort of relay or something I should be checking. I'm hoping that someone can give me some insight into the problem.

In order to find a drain on the battery you would need to remove the negative battery cable, install an ammeter in series with cable end and battery , and see what amount of draw you have (making sure of course that the interior lights are off and nothing is on). Should not be greater than 50 miliamps on that year van. If it higher then you just start removing fuses untill it drops down to below 50 miliamps. This will allow you to narrow your search down to a specific system in the vehicle. Could be anything from an internal radio problem to a relay sticking on to adoor lock motor not shutting off,but without being able to narrow down the search you will be looking for a needle in a haystack.
