Default extreme low idle speed after some replacement and cleanup job

Hi,
Replaced all ignition coils, spark plugs and air breather hose for my 2002 MPV recently. Since the intake manifold was out, used CRC throttle body and intake cleaner to clean it. When everything was finally put back, the car could be started very easily, but died out quickly because very low idle speed. However, the car could run very smoothly when the gas pedal was slightly hold.
Before the job, the car runs fine except for some jerk at high speed. Doubt any damage done on other parts during the job. Suspend my cleanup job on intake manifold might cause the problem, but no clue where to check. Please help. Thanks in advance!

Problem solved. The IAC's spring got clogged at wrong position after cleanup. After cleanup with the same cleaner, everything works great now!
