Disconnect the battery negative.
Clean up your chassis grounds, especially the ones located on the chassis between the battery and the wiper motor (all three bolts AND the ground plate itself), and the engine block ground located on the passenger side engine mount.
Pop the engine fuse block cover and check all fuses with a continuity meter. When you replace them make sure they're pushed in as far as they'll go. The fuse locations, ratings and function are specified on the underside of the fusebox cover.
Now do the same for the vertical interior fuse panel between the clutch and the driver's door hinge. The map is also under the cover plate.
Reconnect the battery and see how it goes.
