Default 2000 Protege ES

Recently, my 2000 Protege ES has been making a creaking noise that comes from the front driver's side when I turn the steering wheel. It only seems to happen when I'm going slow (under 10MPH) and when it's warm out (over 80 degrees F. For some reason, when it's not warm out, there is no creaking.) It's not so bad that it creaks all the time, but it gets louder as the temp heats up. I'm guessing it may be the sway bar end link, but I'm not too sure. The problem is that I drive 100 miles every other day. I think they're just worn out or expanding because of the temperature, but I don't really have the money to replace them at the moment. I haven't noticed and change in the steering. So what do you think it could be and should I get it replaced ASAP?

Thank you.
